How Does the Man and Van Service Work?
Getting your waste removal needs sorted is a straightforward process:
1. Enquire Online or Call: You can submit an online inquiry, and one of our representatives will call you to discuss your waste requirements.
Alternatively, you can call us directly to discuss your needs immediately.
2. Get a Quote: After discussing your requirements with our customer service representative, you’ll receive a quote or estimate.
If you’re satisfied with the quote, we’ll proceed to book and organize your waste collection.
We’ll also provide a convenient time and date for the collection that suits you.
3. Efficient Loading: All our man and van load sizes include two operatives who will handle the loading for you.
We’ll give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before our team arrives to let you know they’re on the way.
4. Load Confirmation: Upon arrival, our team will confirm the load size compared to the initial quote provided over the phone.
If the load size is smaller than the initial quote, we’ll only charge you for the lesser load size.
If the load size is larger, we’ll requote you, and this quote is entire without obligation,
so you’re free to decide whether to proceed or cancel without incurring any charges.
How do I pay?
Payment Process for all Customers:
Card Payment: We accept card payments over the phone.
Receipt: After processing the payment, we’ll promptly email you a receipt for your records
What rubbish can I remove?
Our rubbish removal service covers all types of waste commonly found in both commercial and residential properties.
However, it’s important to note that there are certain items for which we may apply additional charges.
These items typically fall into one of two categories: hazardous properties or recycling challenges.
Here are some examples:
Mattresses, TVs, Monitors, Batteries, Gas Bottles, Paints, Hazardous Liquids, Fluorescent Tubes, Tyres
Where Should My Waste Be Located?
Your waste doesn’t have to be in one specific location; it can be spread across various rooms, and our team will gladly collect it from wherever it’s situated.
How big is a cubic yard?
A cubic yard is roughly equivalent to the volume of about 1.5 standard washing machines.
This comparison provides a practical way to visualize the volume of a cubic yard, especially when dealing with everyday objects like washing machines.
How should my waste be contained?
We kindly request that your waste is in a manageable condition for collection.
While we understand that not all waste can be neatly bagged due to its shape and size, if it’s all loose and scattered, our team may require additional time to collect and load it.
As a result, you may incur additional costs for the extra time and effort involved.
To learn more, you can submit an inquiry HERE, and one of our team members will get in touch within an hour.
